β β β β β Mo clearly has many decades of experience under his belt. He is straight to the point, honest, and helpful.
Having experienced other shops who take advantage of situations, I found he was understanding and I felt pricing was reasonable. Service was very quick and turn around time was accurately estimated.
From talking to him I feel like I can trust his experience. Will return in the future.

β β β β β Moved to the neighborhood recently and needed a mechanic, Mo was super helpful and took great care with my car, probably my best car repair experience. He even got his team to wipe down the car so it was clean when I picked it up. Amazing service super quick turn around. Definitely would recommend them!

β β β β β This place is a scam. Go to Canadian tire for a safety certificate as these guys will make you do unnecessary and overpriced work to get the certificate. If you need a mechanic, there are better and more honest people near Carlaw.
I had to pay for a certificate i didnβt get. I was asked to do $1600 in repairs, otherwise they wouldnt certify my car. Canadian Tire gave me the certificate with no work needed.

β β β β β Don't go here as a female. They offered my wife a low price for a safety certificate on a car we're selling. The car is a few years old, in excellent condition and has been well cared for. She called me after they claimed over $1100+HST of repairs were required. They claimed that the car needed new ball joints and front rotors and pads. They tried to charge her over $250.00 for ball joints alone! That's not including labor. For those who don't know, ball joints are fairly cheap. For this year and model they cost $20 retail for name brands like Moog (@partsavatar.ca) not $250! But still the bill didn't add up so I asked to speak with the guy she was talking to. I asked him why they are charging so much for parts and he replied that that's how much they have to pay. I told him that I know what these parts cost and quoted the complete control arms with ball joints included are only $50. We took the car to another shop and it passed the safety as it was without issue. They clearly tried to take advantage of my wife, and she would have fallen victim to them had she not called for advice. I doubt they do this sort of thing to everyone based on the fact that their reviews, if real, are not horrendous. But if they would do this one time, they'll do it again when they think they can get away with it.

β β β β β Critical: Unprofessional.
Last year I did safety certificate here for 50$. I had to convince them others do in that price.
After that I used tire change service here because it was near for me but the mechanic did not fix the air pressure display there even if I had sensors installed in all four wheels.
Later, I had to fix it with my dealer.
Again, I went for the safety again, but the mechanic says itβs $150 and needs other fixes in my 2018 Malibu which is a joke for me because I keep my car very safe every single day. I asked him I have paid $1850 just last month to the dealer-service to keep my car updated in every single aspect why are you offering the other fixes? He affirmed $150 and reduced to $100 which I said no. Also itβs unprofessional to bargain for the money and services.
Overall: unprofessional, not caring and price too high.
