★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Words fail to describe the quality of service one receives from S & S Motors. This is complemented with professionalism and mannerism by their staff. In my case, a downtown branch of Green & Ross managed to devastate my car, a vintage sports car in great condition after tens of thousands of dollars in maintenance, following a "routine" injection cleaning. Among other, they had the catalytic converter overheat which in turn burnt a set of core wires, and even the car's carpet. It was shocking to receive my car in a condition where electrics were not working, the computer was not working, the car was "chocking" when driven, and the carpet was burnt. I picked S&S following the stellar reviews I read - I cannot agree more. Both Kristin and Chris are amazing professionals. I respectfully note that Chris is also a professor at a local college - no wonder why he and his staff are knowledgeable and diligent. Not only S & S repaired my car but the cost was similar to this Green & Ross charged to demolish it at the first place. S & S also reported all issues in a detailed manner that made sense. If your car is your investment, which is most probably the case as you take time read this review, S & S is one of the finest shops in the GTA, period. It's like a good doctor you cherish and you won't change. I am glad to find them and the S & S staff should be proud for the work, service, and professionalism they offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Usually don't write reviews but I felt obligated by the outstanding service I received from Kristin at S&S Motors. I Use my truck for work and the dealership was saying it would take minimum one full day to fix the thermostat on my truck , the price was almost $1000 I called S&S motors spoke with Kristin she gave me a quote less than the dealership and was able to accommodate me the sameday. Not only did Kristin save me time and money it actually took less time than Kristin expected and my price was LOWER than my quote they have a customer for life. Truly shows honest and awesome business etiquette I would not hesitate to recommend Kristin and S&S motors to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This auto shop recommended by a friend’s family is definitely the best place I’ve taken my vintage Audi to since buying it! Best prices service and turn around time I’ve gotten.
A big shout out to Chris, Kristen and Angelo(their head tech specialist). My car has never driven this well. Time belt replacement, tie rod repair/replacement and upper control arm replacement was done professionally timely and they used OG German parts unlike other shops where they quoted for chinese knockoffs. S&S Motors is probably one of the few honest auto shops in the GTA! I highly recommend them! Thanks guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and reasonable prices! Had the brake pads and rotor replaced and the job was more difficult than we expected, but Chris still charged us the initial agreed upon fee. Kristin was extremely helpful over the phone and everything went smoothly. Would recommend to any of our friends!

Really appreciate the consistent and reliable integrity with which they do business. Very rare and much appreciated. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience at S&S. Took my car in to get two taillights fixed, an oil change and to have them look into a scraping sound with my breaks. Kristen was so friendly and explained to me exactly what she thought the problem was. She called shortly afterwards with confirmation of the problem and a quote that was very reasonable. A couple of hours later, I had my car back in perfect working order. By far the best experience that I've had taking my car in to a garage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got the worst service experience of my life from these guys. I went there for a minor coolant leak fix on my audi car. Although they finished the same day and charged me a good $600, the new part they said they put in broke on my way home bleeding the entire coolant out of the car which is extremely risky and unprofessional on these guys part. Next day I had to get my car towed to them. Although, they said they will pay for it,when I went to pick up my car they tried to dishonestly charge me $150 extra saying that there was some other issue with a hose they wouldn't tell me clearly about. I had an argument and was somehow able to get my car without paying the extra money they were trying to charge me. The fixing job they did was so terrible and careless that they left the bleeding valve without the screw and the coolant is literally spraying all over the engine now. Extremely unprofessional. I could have lost my engine because of these guys. I have to pay extra to get my car fixed now. Stay away from these guys please. Just a sound advise.
P.S. Christina who sits at the counter and deals with all money matters is extremly rude and disrespectful.
