I told him I learned from the papers. He said it was another builder on the land. That's not good luck for me. So I walked out.

Mike was great, answering all my questions and helping me to select the right bike for me. I bought one of his Emmo bikes and I am sure that if I have any problems or any further questions, Mike and his wife will be there to answer them.

Imagine not having to sacrifice the convenience of a city for the beauty of the country. I never thought that this was possible until I moved to Elm Wasaga Beach. Working in Vaughan, I thought that the commute would be dreadful. However, the widening of Highway 400 as well as the surrounding side roads makes this one hour drive a highlight instead of a congested and stressful chore. Coming home feels like going to the cottage. Wasaga life is what you make of it and there's something here for everyone. There are very few times in life where you can pinpoint the moment you made a great decision and joining the Elm Developments family as a purchaser is certainly on the list.
