★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would stay away from Redberry homes if at all possible, there build quality is inferior to most,just to name a few with my home ..
leaky roof due to poor design ( they will not fix it )
subfloor is hardly screwed down, a good 30-40% of screws missing the joist
Porcelain tile floors put down with a non-modified mortar, loose tiles grout popping ( had to have floor replaced at my own expense), now having same issue with bathroom floor!!
where they drilled through for garden hose into garage, was never sealed, could see right through ( i had to foam it
mortar in stone work falling out
housewrap is installed wrong ( they started at top and worked down, so if water gets behind siding will run in behind where wrap seam laps over each other
going down to the basement one sheet of drywall was never screwed on, nailed only
if you can not do work yourself, the work you will have to do after RedBerry builds it will get very expensive
