Any camp site is a good site. As long as they don't run out of water

Friendly staff. Terrible bathroom conditions (way worse than I’ve ever seen it). It was crowded and a ton of kids running around yelling

Still one of my favourite parks. Be sure to do your research though, as some sites are no where near as private as others.

Lovely, large, well spaced out campsites in a beautiful park. Plentiful and well kept amenities available. Being right on Georgian Bay, be aware that it does get gusty.

Camped here all my life and Georgian campground is perfectly situated in the middle of the park's spectacular shoreline. The sites are private enough, and the community sense, as many gather to watch sunsets or gaze at the stars, is amazing. Great camp for kids of all ages!

Love this site, although it gets pretty packed it's still one of my favorite spots. It's got electrical and non electrical sites. Washrooms are pretty well maintained and the showers. Walking distance from the beach and swimming areas off the rocks. Definitely recommend

We car-camped for a week at the Lighthouse Campground. Great spot on the lake with lots of tree coverage (in a normal year - this year there were MANY caterpillars who were everywhere, pooping everywhere and eating all the leaves. The trees are there but this season, there were not many leaves.). We rented a bare-bones trailer from the store outside of the campgrounds. It was great to keep us dry and they did provide a cook-tent and camp stove. It really was comfortable but it was not cheap. There was no electricity (but other campsites within the park do have hook ups). Drinking water taps are plentiful and there is no shortage of clean, flush-toilets. The showers were a nice perk as well. The park has a number of hiking trails with some fantastic sites to be seen. Deer are plentiful, so have your camera ready. Lots of beaches, a cliff to jump into the lake, a lighthouse, rocky shorelines all available to keep you busy. We were there for seven days and never got bored. A beautiful part of the province!

Great sized campgrounds, washrooms super clean, the staff works so hard to keep them clean throughout the day. Dense camping area but we still felt private from everyone here. Close to the best sunset spot in the park, beautiful scenery. Preferred to drive to the trailheads because we did not have bikes. Campsite 419 is a great site, a little tough to hang ropes and it’s wide with few low branches trees but other than that, plenty of space
