★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. They are great! The campground is ok. Lots of noise from the highway, which we expected. The bathrooms were clean and well taken care of but the water pressure was almost nonexistent which left me a few times with the shower literally just dripping and covered in soap. Only one flush toilet in each of the men and women’s bathroom so you might have to wait in line. That’s camping though!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What's the point of having a quiet time rule if it's not going to be enforced. It was almost 1am and the sites around us were still partying, blasting music, drinking, and yelling. We could hear every word in their conversations. There's also lots of traffic noise, which would be more tolerable if it weren''t for the extremely noisy guests.
The only reason this place isn't getting a worse review is because of the lovely staff. We were greeted and they were so friendly and helpful. I'd return for them, but I strongly urge you to consider enforcing your quiet time rule! Completely ruined our stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good base location if you want to explore Central Alberta. Washrooms and showers are clean. It's along the highway so the noise from the traffic is loud. So, consider if you are tenting. Good thing we have earplugs. Try their ice cream. I love the dark cherry flavor.

The ice cream is fantastic!
I always love their camping supplies section as they have so many things you may forget or never knew you needed.
The staff are invariably pleasant considering the campground behind them and how many Queens-land campers come for alcohol before they run out through the night during the summer ?
I love it here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little place to pick up last minute supplies...and cheaper gas than in Calgary. Staff is excellent and so friendly. The store has a little bit of everything and reasonably priced.
The ice cream...one word.. spumoni!! My all-time favorite flavor. Great variety of flavors
