★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To begin the service is great. Very consistent. I've been her pretty much every day after finding this gem. The soup is the best I've ever had. The curry chicken and other meals are large and taste amazing.
Hands down the best Caribbean in Durham. So glad I finely found a good Caribbean restaurant... Even your rice is great!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food! Great service! Arrived and the staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. Something that you don't really notice unless it leaves an impression. Had the curry goat roti and it was amazing! Tons of meat stuffed into the roti instead of a few pieces with lots of potato like some other places. The spice was perfect, not too hot, but just enough heat. The only negative thing would be that there wasn't a tip option while paying debit. I would have gladly tipped if I could on debit/credit. They deserve it! Definitely will be back. SUPPORT LOCAL!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the Jerk Chicken and the Stewed chicken. Flavours were excellent and cooked well. The rice was also done very well. Not too dry. I have never tried Festival before. Also very tasty. I will be getting that again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family and I decided to try takeout this Saturday, we were totally surprised by the friendly and helpful advice we received. Upon going to the park and opening our meals we amazed by the quantity and quality of the food, it was absolutely delicious.
This is going to be our one stop in the future, can't wait to try the daily specials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a fish meal. The snapper was well seasoned and fried just right, the veggies were very tasty. The rice was perfectly cooked and the banana an dumpling was also tasty. The customer service was on point! But, I have one suggestion as I was very disappointed by the fact that the food was served so dry. It was fried fish on top of dry food no sauce. A nice creole fish sauce with fresh tomatoes, carrots and onions would have complemented this meal nicely and added the perfect finishing touch. I struggled with how dry this was and it kinda spoiled the whole meal a bit. Hope someone sees this and takes the suggestion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maybe it's because I was spoiled growing up in Scarborough or because we went midday and it wasn't fresh, but the food wasn't great and kind of bland. We got the jerk and bbq chicken. The search for great Durham Caribbean food continues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I looked forward to it but was disappointed. The food was bland but the portion was generous. Maybe it's because I went late in the day so the food wasn't freshly prepared. Don't think I'll be going back though. Still on the hunt for affordable quality Caribbean food in Durham Region.
