I played an order over a week ago. I recieved no confirmation or tracking. They've ignored the majority of my emails and just taken my money. What a horrible way to run a business. Will not be placing any more orders in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service, I came by to trade in cards and the shop appeared close turn out there was an electricity problem. Though there was no electricity they opened the gate and went ahead and check my cards with their phone on the brink of dying and completed the transaction

So I like to say Im a pretty tolerant individual, ordered some stuff on Dec. 21st and spent a long period of emails back and forth to find out about when my order was to be shipped, I understand holidays are a thing and that with how the world is going on some stuff can be delayed, finally was directed by a friend to reach out the owner, a pleasant fellow and offered me the option to wait till the end of the month as items were sold out and trying to get them in. I was open to that.
End of the month comes unfortunately they were unable to get the items in question. I requested a refund which was told should be a couple business days which was on a Tuesday, I reach out on Friday that week in the morning assuming I would receive a msg when available, no response.
Continued messaging until finally having to reach out to my credit card company and having to send an ultimatum that if I didn't get my refund the bank for my credit card would. Finally on Wednesday February 9th i receive a response supposedly facebook was not sending him msgs.
Alright fine, eventually got my money back after this very terrible debacle of a situation. Purchasing in person may be quite different so I won't 100% state don't purchase but considering this is the second time Ive gone through a nightmare to order online I would recommend you don't.

I've done just around 6 orders from them. Some of the best prices on yugioh and vanguard that I've seen. +Free shipping over $20 on singles.
I live in Ontario, my cards arrive safely with no dmg.
Some of the images are missing or low quality but searching is fine if you type the card name.
Overall I'm very satisfied in my online experience . Wish they sold more supplies online
