★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one near fairway, the staff is really rude, i went to them thrice and still my pc was not repaired. First they gave me one which was faulty and then they were rude. It was a terrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a quick question answered and called in to fairway Best Buy . No option for customer service ?? No option for Geek Squad . I called from 8:30 until 8:50 9 times and tried every option and a person did not answer once . I’m in there often and always 20 employees wandering around . But everyone must have been to busy to answer my call ... when paid commission sales people fight over calls but they are paid hourly so same pay answer or not .
