★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having difficulties obtaining a shipping label from the Geek Squad customer service phone line. I was on the phone multiple times a day trying to resolve the issue. Thankfully when I arrived to 1099 Marcus Drive, Erick from the Geek Squad and the other staff members Erin and Dayton were extremely helpful and understanding with my situation. They solved the issue with in a timely manner and left me with complete customer satisfaction. Thanks again to the individuals that helped me.
