★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. their website will not recognize the 3 year warranty plan I purchased 2 months ago. Phoning customer service is a frustrating experience, with incredibly non-helpful staff. My product needs to be mailed into geek squad, and they are unable to send me a working shipping label. It's starting to feel like a huge scam. I have been very patient dealing with Geek squad but even I am now fed up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Got insurance on my phone, signed a contract for two years having it end when my phone contract was up. They did not cancel the billing and when I informed them and asked for it to be canceled it was a MASSIVE (cannot overstate this) runaround. Shady business practices are extremely tiring and nobody should be giving these places business.
