Absolutely horrendous service. Vehicle went in and got it back in worse running condition, took it back and it's been a fight ever since. They will not honor their warranty, will not provide parameters or any proof of what they are trying to say is wrong and trying to charge for. The service manager is belligerent, cussing and name calling is not a part of customer service, I am still blown away by her behavior. If you need repairs done to your GM product I'd advise going elsewhere. I gave one star only because I had to...

EDITED - Darlene followed up and called me to give apologies and let us know the situation has been talked about and dealt with. She's very nice, and I appreciate the customer follow up. Talk to her if you're having issues! Nice people, but slow. Waited 4 hours for an oil change, and to get our tires switched from winter to summer and a new winter tire due to a puncture. We were told to wait in the lounge, if we had been told to figure out a ride or take the shuttle or something so we can enjoy our day in the city it would've been appreciated as we live 1hr30mins outside of the city... Now I am risking being late for a dentist appointment across the city... Then we get our vehicle and they broke the hitch cover and didn't say anything, we noticed and had to tell them. Why whoever broke it tried to pass it off as not broken.. Idk..But not instilling my trust that's for sure.

Worse Service ever. I booked an appointment to fix my cars glass. They told me to bring the car to their location and they would fix it by coming Tuesday. But it was not done and I brought my Car back and waiting for their call. Nobody followed up and I phoned them to ask again. Then they told me that I had to wait for another two-three weeks. I wanted their Seniors contact information and nobody provided me with the information. I am completely disappointed after getting a brand new Cadillac from them. I am paying lease for standing car more than two weeks.

I visited 3 dealers to buy a new GMC Sierra Elevation. I dealt with Kelly McNaught and she did a great job finding me a truck and doing a reasonable deal. I spent almost $70,000 and I drove away with half a tank of gas. Kelly said this was all you get from GMC, I'm assuming Gauthier do not top it up then. So beware, you only get half a tank of gas! There were a few other issues that needed ironing out. I replied to Tannis, their customer service person, I never even got a reply. Oh well... I will shop elsewhere next time I need a truck. Caveat emptor.

Mid November my instrument panel alerted me to low pressure in one of my tires and sure enough I discovered a nail. I called Gauthier Cadillac early Friday afternoon and John was nice enough to squeeze me in that same afternoon. The tire was repaired in about one hour and I was pleasantly surprised that it was also covered under warranty! I popped over to Dairy Queen and brought the Service Department a box of DQ Ice Cream Sandwiches as a small token of my appreciation for so promptly taking care of my situation. LOVE my XT4 Having happily owned six Chrysler 300s purchased one after another from Bryan at Gauthier Chrysler on Regent, I was disappointed that Bryan just couldn't find me a newer 300 to replace my 2016 as I generally like to stay on warranty with my vehicles. I saw a Free Press ad for a new XT4 at Gauthier Cadillac on McPhillips and called Bryan who kindly made arrangements for me to meet with Shaylan at their Gauthier sister location. Shaylan had the sharp looking XT4 ready for my test drive when I arrived. Kelly expertly walked me through the many features of the vehicle and sent me on my way. I drove down McPhillips for 20 minutes - handling was excellent, adjustable seating very roomy and comfortable for my 6 foot 2 inch frame, acceleration was exactly what I hoped for, visibility while driving superb and headlights outstanding , and all instruments and controls easy to use. I returned to Gauthier and sat in the roomy back seats, opened the power liftgate which revealed ample space for my hockey equipment, and made sure to further try out a few of the features that I deem mandatory: remote start, heated seats and steering wheel, excellent heating and air conditioning, interior storage, functional cup holders and a good sound system. I relayed to Shaylan that I was definitely interested in trading my 300 for the XT4 and in no time Shaylan came up with the exact price I had been hoping for! Couldn't have been happier with the stress free environment Kelly and Shaylan effortlessly provided. The XT4 also includes 4 years / 80,000 KMs of Oil Changes, Tire Rotation, Air Filter replacement and more. Many thanks to Shaylan, Kelly and Jason and the Gauthier Dealerships for taking excellent care of me once again !!!

Call In to get apart may 3rd and the guy on the phone said it would take a day and the part would be in and they will phone me to pick up once it was arrived. May 11th still no phone call so I called in to parts around 11:40 am. The guy was extremely rude and talk to me as if it was my fault for not coming in. He then told me it up to the person that orders the part to phone you. Sadly it wasn’t the best customer service as if I didn’t call in I would never gotten my part. Word to the wise before buying a part from them make sure you phone in to see if it arrived as they don’t call you.

James Rempel is an awesome sales guy, even offered to pay my ransom when I was kidnapped in my living room... This story is for another day, but I needed to take some time to thank James for the dedication and service he provides his customers. The mark of a true sales person, one that really wants to excel and grow, is a sales person who truly looks after their customers needs.
