★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recommend coming here if you intend to fish from shore or the dock. It gets really over crowded and the dock ''regulars'' can be a bunch of d-bags.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice small lake with very clear water for an excellent day of canoeing. Lots of painted turtles and baby ducklings. Pit toilets were clean and well maintained. Picnic area was busy and had lots of shade on a hot day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well kept picnic area and the beachfront was clean. Get out there early if you want a good spot as the place filled up in the afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small but sandy public beach access. Perfect spot for kayaking and SUP because there are no power boats allowed. There are two small islands which make for nice exploring by water around them and stopping in the island and walking the trails, too. The swimming here is awesome, the water isn't too cold and there are two floating docks with ladders to climb onto and one has a diving board. There is a long public dock if you go down the path to the left of the beach.
