★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bruce is a wonderful vet. We have had a handful of regular visits and a few after hour calls to him. Each time he has been very attentive and always resolved the issue and addressed our concerns. I would highly recommend Bruce for any dog or cat :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to have our 12.5 yr old Boston/Frenchie put down from cancer...and Dr.Baker was able abide with the distancing rule and use the back of our SUV...so we could be there with our dog as a family as we said goodbye!!! Helped make this heartbreaking loss more bearable !!! So very thankful for that!!????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our dog was not doing so well, phoned around to 5 other Vet clinics from Lake Country to Vernon and explained her symptoms and they brushed it off saying that they could fit her in 3 days later, I know my dog and she's a tough cookie but something was not okay, we called Deep Creek and not only did they recognize the urgency but booked her in asap. Thankfully they were able to get to the root of what could have been a serious health threat to her and did so gently and kindly. I wont ever use anyone else, even though its a hours drive away.

His health declined dramatically within 24 hours and I had to make the choice no pet owner wants to make. Deep Creek Vet was kind, compassionate and fit me in on the same day. Thank you to the staff and wonderful vet. Your kindness on one of the worst days made it bearable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience. Highly recommend. Intake and doctor were both very accomodating and friendly. A scary morning with a sick kitty, but they got her in fast, did all the tests, and quickly gave her the medications she needed to reduce her symptoms. She’s already starting to perk back up, and eat again. Huge sigh of relief. Thank you!!!
