★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brand new park, nice helpful staff and owner. Quiet; awesome scenery nearby. Backs onto a forested park with deer. Fenced dog area. Walking distance to a gorgeous lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The resort is new and in good shape. A bit sparse on greenery but sure this will change as the resort matures. The owner greeted us shortly after we arrived and was very friendly. Garden bay is a quaint, quiet area with a lake close by and the harbor as well.
The one downside is they seem averse to having kids there. In the middle of the day one of the staff asked my son to stop an activity because of a noise complaint (he was hitting a baseball into a net). I could think of many more things that would be a lot louder than a child hitting a baseball into a net in the middle of the day. Not Impressed.
