Pedro and his amazing team did an extraordinary job on my condo that had some nasty water damages!
The cleanup crew acted quickly to salvage contents and return them professionally cleaned and in a timely fashion. Thank you to Britney and the crew!

Zac was very skilled and professional with the rebuild portion of the claim I would Defiantly recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a flood in Cranberry village and hired Garbutt to restore back to original form. I was super impressed with their attention to detail and quality of work. They made a stressful situation not so stressful as they were so good at their job and did exactly what they said needed to be done. I would definately recommend using this company if you had the misfortune of a flood. Also, they worked very well with my insurance company which was also a bonus!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had my garage doors replaced due to an accident.
Rob Martin from Belfour was there first thing in the morning with a crew to temporarily close off the garage, and handled the paperwork for the claim and put us in touch with the insurance adjuster. It was seamless.
We now have new doors, that were installed by DJ from A Plus Garage Doors who Rob recommended. Really nice job. Highly recommend him!
And thanks Greg for buttoning up the finsl paperwork.
Overall, everyone was professional to deal with and above all, just really good guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys were amazing. Evan, Rob and Greg. Everyone I dealt with was great. Had a broken pipe causing a flood. They did such a great job with the cleanup I asked them to stay on for the renovation portion. Moved back in. My place has never looked better.
Top drawer service, speed and final results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the onset of our flood drama where we unfortunately totalled the Condo below us. DKI Matt Troy Darren and Zack got our home back in order asap and did a super job. We must commend Troy and Darren who did the finishing trim and painted the areas affected by construction. Top notch work by both of these very talented guys. Zack and Matt have done their best to help us and our neighbours below to get back in our respective homes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My home was hit by the Barrie tornado in July 2021 & within hours Matt, the site foreman had someone here to patch the hole in my roof & start taking my bathroom apart because of extensive water damage. This stopped any further damage & made my house comfortable until the proper repairs could be done over the next few months. T Simpson Roofing replaced my roof & did a great job - they were neat, efficient, careful & sent a crew of people to get it done in a day. My bathroom was done in stages and I just have to comment on William who spent 3 days here in Dec doing all the finishing work in the bathroom (taping, filling in holes, sanding & painting). He did an absolutely outstanding job - I can't see a single seam or area that was patched & he even caulked around my sink for me as it was all cracked. He was very respectful & wore a mask any time he spoke to me & he also left the bathroom so clean that you couldn't tell he'd been working there for 3 days. DKI clearly hires the best people & I feel so lucky to have had William and the other companies doing this work for me.
Though it’s taken several months to get everything done, there was good communication throughout the process and for my part I totally understand the delay as there are so many damaged houses to repair. I highly recommend Garbutt Construction DKI.
