★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We required an inspection on short notice and called Paul, who quickly returned my call, set up a time to come out and inspect prior to needing to sign off the inspection condition. Paul was efficient, effective, knew what to look for and did a great inspection for us. Paul also answered questions after the inspection was done and was a great help to us. I am also in construction management, but was at a distance and Paul rose to the challenge. you will be satisfied that you hired him for your project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Paul reflects what most of the other reviewers say about him. He's friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and reasonably priced. He provides an in-depth look (including pictures) into all of the issues/concerns he found with the house, and uses a handy web application to generate a nice clean report. He also provided advice on how to fix each of the issues. Even when he didn't have answers off the top of his head, he got back to me that same evening with what he had researched. It truly seems like he cares about ensuring the house is safe to live in. I shouldn't need another home inspection anytime soon, but no doubt I'll call Paul first when I do.

He had already completed portions of the exterior inspection well ahead of the scheduled time for our home inspection when we met but then walked us around the home to point out the issues. Paul was happy to let us follow him around and explain his discoveries as he conducted the inspection. Extremely approachable, his calm yet confident demeanor makes it easy to discuss issues, and he was able to satisfactorily answer all of our queries. Paul's report was available within a few hours of completing the inspection. The report was thorough and very professional in appearance, including many photos and clear captions explaining discrepancies and the requirements to resolve noted issues. Thank you Paul for your excellent work!

From the first phone call, until receiving the final report, Paul was phenomenal. Super friendly, easy going, knowledgeable, he is extremely thorough, and provided us a much needed second opinion on a home purchase.
He has the technology that gives you piece of mind and he'll explain everything to you, and answer any questions that you have. He's also has a network of service professionals that you can leverage if you need a new roof, reno's electrical etc... We'll be taking advantage of that!
I'd definitely recommend him and his services.
