★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lorsque j'ai téléphoné, j'ai du expliquer le problème à 3 personnes différentes avant qu'on m'offre un rendez-vous. J'arrive sur place 10 min. d'avance, je me fait dire sans diplomatie que le service ouvre a 13h.
À 13h, on me dit que mon rendez-vous n'a pas été inscrit de le système mais qu'ils ont le temps de prendre mon véhicule. J'attends sur place, 2h30 plus tard mon véhicule n'a pas encore été vu, je retourne chez moi a pied, ça ira à 16h30 avant qu'on me rappelle pour me dire que la réparation est complétée. Au moins le problème est réglé, mais je considère qu'on m'a manqué de respect d'un bout à l'autre, aucune notion de service client.
When I called, I had to explain the problem to 3 different people before I was offered an appointment. I arrive on site 10 min. in advance, I am told without diplomacy that the service opens at 1 pm.
At 1 p.m., I was told that my appointment had not been entered in the system but that they had time to pick up my vehicle. I wait there, 2h30 later my vehicle has not yet been seen, I return home on foot, it will be at 4.30pm before I am called back to tell me that the repair is complete. At least the problem is solved, but I consider that I was disrespected throughout, no notion of customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très professionnel, très courtois. Ils m'ont donné l'heure juste sur les réparations que j'avais à faire sur ma tente roulotte. Ce sont les seuls qui acceptaient de la réparer, les concessionnaires ayant refusé.
Very professional, very courteous. They gave me the correct information on the repairs I had to do on my trailer tent. They are the only ones who agreed to repair it, the dealers having refused.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai été client pour la première fois et je n’y retournerai pas. Je vous encourage à magasiner les prix avant de vous rendre à cet endroit. Par exemple, j’ai acheté un adapteur pour le propane à 69.99$ qui se vend 31.99$ chez un compétiteur pour le même modèle. J’ai tenté d’avoir une discussion constructive avec le gérant mais sans succès. Bref, je ne recommande pas ce magasin.
I was a customer for the first time and I will not return. I encourage you to shop around for prices before heading to this place. For example, I bought a propane adapter for $69.99 which is selling for $31.99 from a competitor for the same model. I tried to have a constructive discussion with the manager but without success. Overall, I do not recommend this store.
