★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had brought in my foldable/portable fabric chair covers to see if they could be fixed. I didn't want to throw them out since there is nothing wrong with the frames so I thought I would give GAM a try and they did not disappoint.
He took a look and told me he would do his best and he did a fantastic job and didn't cost me an arm and a leg. He reinforced them in the right places and will last me a long time.
I am thankful for the quick turnaround and will be going back for all of my fix-it needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They did an amazing job with the soles of my black leather boots. The heel was worn down almost completely and I wasn't sure if they could be fixed. The new soles have more traction and are even better than before. You can't even tell that it was a repair. They look like new!! I can't be happier with the results. I'll be taking more of my shoes here to get fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed!!! The picture talk by itself. It cost me 47 CND and was rudimentary performed on my old confortable Hush Puppies shoes.
Honestly GAM does not follows the standard I was expecting.
Most probably I could do a better job without been a cobbler!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had two pairs of boots that I thought might be throwaways (torn open seams, scuffs, etc) but brought them in just in case they were salvageable. The owner very honestly told me what wasn't worthwhile to do, and how he could save them. He actually patched one pair and sewed them up perfectly, and re-soled the other. They look great, and for the price it was totally worth it. Saved me buying two new pairs of boots for another year or two at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent in a pair of Timberland boots for repair as the heel looked like saucy flimsy pizza. I wasn't in a rush to have them back but after picking them up a week later they looked like a brand new pair of boots. Would highly recommend for his good service and quality work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This private cobbler repair shop has a wonderful small selection of unique European shoes for men & women, with reasonable (ie not cheap=fair) prices for all leather footwear. The owner Habib is always personable, kind & forthcoming with information about repair work with fair pricing estimates opposed to other cobblers used in Vancouver over the years.
Though other cobbler repair places far closer to my own hood on city's east side, this long lasting shoe repair shop will wish going to Burnaby Heights for & undeniably your money goes further too.

Do not bring quality items here.
Got the job done but with hideous work. Wasn’t too expensive, but if you’re going to do this to an expensive London Fog boot, just say its not repairable. Time and money wasted just to throw them out anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought my favourite pair of knee high suede boots in to repair the sole and the heel, and was SO happy with the results! Customer service was above and beyond, the manager was friendly and helpful! Service was efficient and high quality. I noticed that I had a scoff mark on one of the heels, and he fixed it for me!! Would definitely come back here to fix all my shoes!
