Je suis patients depuis le début de cette clinique et j'ai perdu mon médecin et j'ai voulu avoir des renseignements et l'on m'a dit de ne plus retourner à cette clinique car je n'ai plus de médecin dans cette clinique même si j'avais un traitement en cours.
Si je veux mon dossier médical pour donner à un médecin je dois payer $25 .
je me suis informé à d'autres cliniques et il ne comprenne pas que mon ancienne clinique ne m'aide pas à trouver un autre médecin même si je suis cardiaque.
