★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have dealt with two lawyers from this firm : Mr David Penner and Ms Nathania Ng and let me tell you that not only did these two lawyers lose the two Supreme Court hearings, their behavior was unethical and unacceptable as stated in the Judge's decision.
I am now reporting Mr Penner and Ms Ng as well as Gall Legge Grant Zwack LLP to the Law society and to the authorities for the Crown to prosecute their unlawful behaviors. I would stay away from the firm if you intend to win your case, Mr Penner and Ms Ng are the portrait of the unethical lawyer we all wish we had never met.
