★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review as I believe this is my responsibility to recommend someone who helped us to be successful during this immigration journey which we would not have been able to get to do alone. My husband and I had applied for both student and work permits in September 2021 and shockingly in less than two weeks we got rejected. Without any exaggeration, that day was one of the most disappointing moments in our lives, after putting a lot of effort to provide sufficient pieces of evidence to the immigration officer. However, we didn't allow this to get us down so we immediately started doing a lot of research, and luckily we were introduced to Bijan within 48 hours. Once we emailed Bijan, he immediately contacted us and explained the process for appealing step by step. Such a relief!!! We finally found not only a professional lawyer but also the best one in Vancouver, British Columbia! Bijan took the case to the appeal court and after a couple of months, our applications got approved!! Thank you so much, Bijan! We appreciate your attentiveness and responsiveness to us anxiously awaiting a decision. I would highly recommend Bijan to anyone who needs help with immigration.
