★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just awful. Very slow to respond and charge way more than other lawyers claiming their services are superior. Repeated typos in documents - you have a copy of my ID and still manage to get my name wrong?? Also do not respond to concerns when asking them about slow response times. When finally confronting about the long response times on a call, the lawyer used personal family circumstances as an excuse for taking so long to respond. Unless I somehow get reimbursed for my time, I fail to see why a lawyer's personal circumstances is any of my business.
Communication with these guys is just terrible. Common courtesy and professionalism is really lacking here.
