β β β β β Choosing a lawyer is stressful, particularly when your only child's future and well-being are at stake. Fraser MacLean's dedication to my file and his intelligence removed all doubt that I had found the correct lawyer. He is diligent, quick thinking, attentive to detail, and was extremely dedicated to helping me present my best case to court. When you think of hiring a lawyer, you want more than good advice, you want an advocate that fights for your best interests, uses all of their resources, and prepares a great case for you. Fraser did this for me and I can wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone who finds themselves in a complex legal family matter.

β β β β β October 22 what a GREAT day ! It was a milestone in our lives ! We are so pleased and must share our great success with everybody here.
This was absolutely terrific news that we were able to get court orders on everything we applied for, this was such a great win !
For over 2 years our family lawyer Lorne and his team, combined hard work and dedication for our complicated and difficult case relating my childrenβs relocation, final decision making power and substantial retroactive 7 years of child support, but Lorne did it!
He is awesome! Itβs truly amazing!!
Few can imagine how many sleepless nights my children and I had gone through, we had many tears and sometimes felt all hope was lost. This was the darkest and most stressful time in our lives.
Lorne was such a fluid and effective lawyer in the courtroom, Fraser is a very smart knowledgeable young lawyer who is also a caring individual and has been dedicated and done a great job to assist his father Lorne on our case.
We finally remove the roadblock and prevent the further damages to my children from another party.
Its so important that I got the final say to protect them for the children's best interests.

β β β β β I had the absolute pleasure of working with Charlotte Tong, Carly Crawford, and Rana Yavari. I must say I was really nervous about getting a lawyer for multiples reasons. But especially but as I am an American and I didn't know if I would be treated fairly. Well all of my concerns were completely and utterly put to rest. This process that is soooo difficult has been made as pleasant as I could ask for. Any questions that I had were immediately responded to, every call I had was answered, and every email was responded to. I was updated on a daily basis of what was being done and I was given very accurate timelines on when things would happen. I cant thank this amazing team enough. I hope that if you're reading this you and are in need of a family lawyer you give this team the chance. I never right reviews but this was above and beyond. Thank you ladies so much

β β β β β I'm still coming to terms with the finality of it all, it was a fight I never wanted but had no choice. I certainly couldn't endure or afford to be disenfranchised from all I loved and worked for over the years, that would have entirely crushed me. As I watched things unfold I could tell from the momentum that Fraser MacLean was throwing all he had my way, like it was his very next masterpiece. In that sense I see him working as I see accomplished artists perform, passion and vision followed by results. I know he didn't do this alone. Like any well made film it took a team and he certainly has that, everyone of them was professional, engaged and focused on the task at hand. They didn't miss a beat. I know this allowed Fraser to hone in on the overall structure and the details, important details that might otherwise have been missed.
