They spent more time on trying to get me to start the process and pay them money.
As for my questions, all they said is "we can't discuss this in consultation"
Did not answer half of my questions, but spend good 20 minutes on just explaining the process and pushing me to sign up.
So not a good experience with them.

I obtained my PR successfully in December with their help.

Felt overwhelmed tackling my application alone, but the resources and support of Harley and the team made it a straightforward process and I felt confident in the result. We had a lot of email exchanges – and she was always on top in terms of answering them promptly and efficiently, even on Sunday evenings. Gave us an update at different stages for the preparation of the package and as edits were coming from my side, she would ensure that all details are captured. Various questions throughout the process were answered in a timely manner and was referred to Natasha when and if needed.
Natasha: Very knowledgeable about the process and never hesitated to schedule a call for legal advice when needed. During our phone call conversation, Natasha was approachable, professional, great communication skills and very thorough in her explanation.
