From the service staff to the front receptionist to the salesman that answered a few of my questions to the manager of the service department who helped figure how to get out of menu on the car, they were all excellent. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 6 stars I would , dropped off vehicle New Year’s Eve (Friday was closed) owner drove by and due to the freezing temperatures brought it inside until they re opened Tuesday . I called Tuesday morning at 10 am and they already had assessed & fixed the problem.
Upon pick up of my vehicle it was freshly washed and ready to go.
Extremely happy with the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for an oil change and a recall, took longer than I was under the impression it was supposed to take. When I expressed this concern to one of the mechanics (I believe his name was Bob) he took it upon himself to comp the entire oil change out of his own pocket. Always great service at Funks regardless of the situation.
