It is located in the Settlers Ridge Centre Mall with a 24 hour access on 7 days a week so you can train whenever you want. You have a free parking lot in front of the gym with a disable entrance. The gym is family owned with a great gym culture. For the staff and trainers it is important to take care of the gym members in there needs in health and fitness. On the training floor you have state of the art training machines, free weights, all kinds of cardio machines, equipment for functional training and recovery tools. I like the fact that you can work with professional Personal Trainers on the floor or in a private room. There is also a room for group classes with a wide selection of different group workouts for all ages and levels. As a Fitness Professional I know what quality and customer service looks like. FPF is a gym from people for people in the community where you have access to professional fitness experts they stay on your side in your journey of health and fitness.

There is great accessory equipment such as their seated hamstring curl. The space is suited for all individual from beginners to expedited gym goers. If you’re interested in checking out the facility Julia (the wonderful individual that will greet you as you come) will help you out. (Little extra tid bit here, every barbell has a centre knurling which is amazing since some gyms only carry barbells that don’t have a centre knurl) Keep on improving everyone! Fitness is a continuous never ending journey.

I'm always greeted when I come in the door and there is constant cleaning being done at all times of the day. I unfortunately have to relocate gyms due to moving and will miss this one so much. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

The gym is open 24 hours too, which is a convenient plus. I came back later and signed up! Great selection of weights, equipment, and classes (even includes sauna use) so I'm excited to get going and get in shape!

It has a wide range of equipment, the facility is extremely clean and always well maintained, and the staff is kind, caring, and extremely knowledgable. Not to mention the facility offers 24hr access. This is an excellent gym in Smiths Falls and I would highly recommend.

The equipment is top tier and the gym also has a variety of equipment which makes it easy to mix it up frequently. The atmosphere is totally judgement free and positive. Many good things about this gym which is why I enjoy working out here.
