★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was awful- we had an older woman help us and she was overall quite rude. The first thing she said was we would only be allowed to try one flavor before buying. Gelato was okay but overpriced

If you care about employees wearing masks during COVID season then you should know they're not really doing that at the moment either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a lot of choices for gelato and most of the ones they had were fruity (I like chocolate flavours). Also, the gelato itself was slimy and sticky instead of smooth and creamy, and it was way too sweet. Finally, one small scoop of one flavour was $5 - overpriced!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gelato itself was mediocre, my complaint is in the serving size. We paid $5 for one 2 ounce scoop. We even double checked if this was a mistake or a kid's size but were told that this is a correct amount for $5!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on 4th floor of Core mall. Employees didn’t seem to care about their jobs - leaning on counters and not making eye contact. Stingy portions, wasn’t all that impressed with the taste which lacked the usual smoothness of great gelato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favor and walk away!! Really tiny portions for the price ($6.50) and the flavor’s just wrong (pistachio ice cream tastes more like avocado)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very shocked the small servings as other locations are more cheaper and tastier. It cost $5 for a small servings. Plus I saw HAIR !! I informed them about it and asked if I want another one I told them I don’t need as I won’t be ordering here anymore. I gave them a feed back saying it’s crazy how you are charging $5 for such a small portion but doesn’t live up to the expectation of the flavour and quality.
