★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our fourth visit to this Calgary store at Riverfront. But we first tried Parlour ice cream in Kelowna back in 2018. We are so glad that they’re here now in Cowtown! We usually grab their pints and maybe tried their cones twice which I highly recommend. So far we have tried their white chocolate raspberry cheesecake, eggnog, and cookie monster and I must say that they are all absolutely delicious! Today we bought the coffee chocolate and met Omar (I forgot to ask if he’s the owner). He mentioned that they’re planning on adding some flavors soon! Ube, pandan, safron, and bubble tea with bobba! Can’t wait for all these flavors especially that summer is coming soon! He even gave us three more pints to take home for free! Truly a hidden gem in downtown Calgary! Highly recommended!

The best customer service and Ice cream I’ve ever had.
Had the ice cream last night and already can’t wait to order pints today. Ice cream was unbelievably creamy and delicious.
Just 200/10 excellent!

We’ve almost tried their whole menu (guilty), but our favourites are the coffee chocolate and pistachio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience. They’re super friendly and easy to talk to. The picture doesn’t do justice how big the scoop is. I got the raspberry white chocolate cheesecake - super chunky with the cheesecake bites and refreshing. Highly recommend this place. Best value you can get in the city ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, the staff at Parlour ice cream were some of the kindest people I have met! They were very welcoming and knowledgeable about there products. They let me try multiple flavours (literally have so many yummy unique flavours) until I landed on my pick of Easter Mini Egg. The ice cream itself is delicious and you definitely tell it was hand crafted ! Also the products are reasonable priced unlike some other handcrafted ice places in Calgary. I’ll for sure be coming here on a hot day this summer enjoying some hand crafted ice cream ?
