★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service, the girls seemed like they didn't want to be there at all. They were wearing gloves, but no other PPA while handling the ice cream (no mask whatsoever). Don't get me started on the mediocre ice cream and the soggy, chewy "waffle" cone ?♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place looked sketchy when I first walked in. Everything was set up on foldable tables, had only 4 flavors of ice cream and the girl working there definitely looked like she hated it. Bad service, expensive and just the lowest of low.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When the hallmark of your store is, well, a giant slab of refrigerated stone, maybe *don't* open a pop-up store with two blenders and a folding table.
They've plastered the neighbourhood with signs, none of which mention that it's not a real Marble Slab. We went out specifically to visit this location and were caught by surprise to find they were only selling overpriced premixed ice cream.
In summary, don't waste your time with a trip. Wait for a real location to open nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices were advertised incorrectly and I was overcharged. Advertised flavours were not available. No slab to add custom toppings.
Staff were sticking their arm into the bottom of the barrel to get ice cream and smearing it all over their arms.
Overall an awful experience and will never come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was in this location yesterday and I wouldn't recommend this location. There is a big sign of the price of ice creams and when I wanted to pay, they charged me more. When I asked why, the girl said the sign is wrong!!! They are misleading people and also getting extra amount from each customer!!
This is not ethical way of doing business!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t understand the negative reviews. This was just a pop up for the summer and it was great to have in our inner city neighbourhood. Service was friendly and the desserts were great. Hoping they do another pop up here soon!
