Frontier Flooring

I choose Frontier Flooring for my condo. Hector took the time to walk me through different products (engineered hardwood) that would fit my needs. He was very knowledgable and patient, answering all of my questions. He exceeded my expectations when he researched and provided me with details about the issues important to me, such as indoor air quality, CARB compliance and sustainability (something no other flooring store did for me). The delivery went smoothly. Elmer kept me updated on the timeline so that I knew exactly when he would be arriving. He was very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Frontier Flooring and am so happy I went with them!

The team at Frontier Flooring were so great! They came to my studio to give the estimate, brought flooring samples, helped me figure out what would be best for my needs (and as someone that knows fitness, not flooring, it was great to be able to have them make professional recommendations). I didn't feel pressured to make a decision, and they helped me stay within budget, which was awesome. The job itself went really smoothly! They were in and out in a day, the team kept me in the loop and everyone was great to work with. Thanks guys - I'm excited to rock out this new Zen Room with some yoga, training and fun!

Hector and his team were amazing. We needed someone to come in and take total control of our project and they did just that. I would trust him as one of our most valuable partners in 2018. I had to be away during the installation and he would send me photo updates each day to show me everything was on track. They were not the least expensive quote we got, but certainly had the best quality product and service!

We had a very difficult and unique project in our home. Our current engineered flooring was of poor quality and was glued and stapled on top of a previous engineered wood floor. This required hiring a team that had the experience and know how to complete the demo without causing issues with adjusting the height of the floor when the new flooring was installed. We had approached several other well known flooring companies in the Fraser Valley (Abbotsford) to look at and bid on the project. None of them gave me the confidence that the job was going to be done right while keeping costs in line. We approached Frontier as I had read good reviews online but thought they wouldn’t take the project on due to the distance from downtown Vancouver. Elmer responded right away and immediately made me feel that we were dealing with the right professionals. He provided an estimate and then he and Paul, their installer, made a trip out to provide a full quote. We had good discussions about the project and we were pleased with their pricing and approach. We decided to go ahead. We had decided to install the Avila Craft Artisan Hickory longboards. Elmer not only priced competitively but also was able to negotiate with Craft Floors to do the majority of the floor in 10 foot lengths at a reduced price. Completely unexpected but definitely appreciated! The demo and install took slightly longer than expected but we were pleased with Paul and his team’s attention to detail and not cutting corners. Everything was done right. Along the way, Paul made some great suggestions which made a big difference. The floors are beautiful, we highly recommend this outstanding team and Frontier Flooring.
