About Us
In 1988, Frontier City Sports Trader opened with the goal of bringing quality, affordable sports equipment to the community. We moved to our current location in 1994, and in 1999, current owner Ivan Dugan took the business over from his father-in-law. For the last 2 decades, we’ve built up a strong trust with the community as we’ve committed ourselves to finding our customers exactly what they need, whether it’s a new set of gear for a young, aspiring hockey player, or the equipment they need to try out a new sport.
We operate on the values of trust and integrity, which is why we give our customers the time to find what’s perfect for them. If they’re not sure about the fit of something, we’ll let them borrow it for a night to make sure they’re just right. It’s important to us that our customers are as happy as can be with their new gear and equipment. If we don’t have what their looking for, we’ll make sure we can get it.
