★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This amazing business has helped me so much to stay in the keto lifestyle. The most difficult thing for me has been breaking up with sugar, as a sweet fanatic. But FKL has done what I thought was impossible in creating treats that are so good you really don't even think about them as keto, or anything other than delectable indulgences. Jasmine works so hard to offer high quality, hand crafted goods and she does it incredibly well. Her food is not only extremely low carb, but truly, honestly delicious. FKL has proven time and time again that you don't need to compromise taste and indulgence in favour of ditching carbs. You really can do both, and Friendly Keto Lady is such a testament to that. I've been a loyal customer for a year and a half now, and as long as she's making food, I intend to stay that way! This business has filled a BIG hole in food services on the North Shore. The service is always so kind - FRIENDLY really does describe it. She goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are satisfied beyond our expectations. My top treats are: Better than cheddar bay biscuits (they really do melt in your mouth), peanut butter fudge, Cheesecake dream bars, Cheesy crackers and the Strawberry rhubarb Better than Oat Crumble Bars - in fact, I love the crumble bars so much, I recently ordered an entire tray of them! Bottom line is, whether you're Keto or not, this business is worth supporting if you love food! You will NOT be disappointed.
