★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent pizzas but did not receive what we ordered. We ordered 2 different pizzas, with different toppings, however we received 2 pizzas with the same toppings. When I contacted the store, I was met with an argumentative employee who argued with me that he had completed the pizzas as per the order (despite the fact that we double checked our receipt which clearly showed 2 different pizzas). I would not recommend Fresh Slice for pizza simply based on poor customer service and uncertainty about what you are going to receive. I am sure there is better pizza choices in Squamish.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been ordering pizza from this location for a while now. Always loved the food . The way they pack is really good. Never disappointed. I did walk in for first time today though and I’m totally impressed by the welcoming staff. Would highly recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t receive what we order! I called to double check, lady answered and she said there’s is no way for mistake from their store. Instead of apologizing she was arguing with me. We ordered regular pan crust but got thin crust with less cheese and olive just in center instead on all sides of each slices. She just ruined my dinner.
She said is the the manager on the duty, with no positive attitude towards their customers, very rude and unprofessional.
This manager need more training for her betterment for sure.
Very poor service lady!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ False advertising - deal ($9 for medium unlimited topping pizza) didn’t work for order online (tried multiple times on website and app), and worker refused to honor in store even after checking I’d ordered the correct pizza for the promo.
Pizza itself was dry, small and mediocre (and i am not at all picky). Not worth $15 AT ALL, maybe worth the advertised $9 price if it was honored… which it wasn’t.
Very disappointing. Poor customer service. I am new to Squamish and definitely won’t be back.
