★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $16 for a veggie sandwich. That’s average price for a meal with service. Burger or sandwich. I’ve watched the price of that veggie sandwich rise from under $10 to $16 in 1-2 years. Mental pricing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stood in line and waited to get in finally got to the counter and went to pay for a ham sandwich 'could not believe what the teller asked me to pay I promptly put back the sandwich and spent half of that on a decent meal elsewhere.
WELL overpriced .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great spot to pick up a few “quick” shopping as the name implies. Sadly now they have a new 7 item minimum so I won’t be getting my smoothie and sandwich here anymore. Otherwise this is a great place, it’s a convenience store for Heath food, not cheap but solid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t support this store. I have had multiple unpleasant experiences at this store. I kept trying to give it the benefit of the doubt but after tonight I will never go back. The owner (often at the cashier) is incredibly abrasive and rude. As are majority of the staff. Everything is extremely overpriced. Now they are requiring you to buy 7 items to purchase anything. I went to check out with an avocado and a lemon, the owner just looked at me, and pointed at a sign that said “must purchase 7 items”. I asked if that was a legitimate requirement, as its obviously just a money grab. He said yes its mandatory. I walked out. You cant expect people to spend $40 when they need one or two items. You are “kitchen quickies” after all.

Huge fan of their simple dressing!
Also this is a strange one but it's the most reliable place to get an avocado of the exact ripeness you're looking for

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good variety of organic goods but as usual, they will tend to be on the pricier side, but for now it's the only stop for health seeking individuals and families until the Independent Grocer on the other side of the mall starts to stock more organic produce.
