Great selection of appliances and much more, at a reduced cost. Friendly not pushy sales person. Only open to the public 2 days per week. Need to know about products to make a good decision for what you need.

Very friendly staff and wide variety of supplies and quite a clean store compared to other locations I've shopped at in the past especially the Oshawa locations they're quite dirty! This location is my favorite store! The cashiers and staff members who stock the shelves are always very helpful and friendly nor like at the giant tiger in Whitby where all the staff members are rude and miserable all the time! I stopped shopping at Giant tiger in Whitby due to the fact that I cannot tolerate the attitudes of the staff members there anymore

I was there at 9:15am today. The cashier SANDY didn’t even say a word to me or look at me. She was talking to her coworker about her game night. How much she paid for beer and stuff. She didn’t say a single word to me. I put the stuff she scan wile talking to coworker and she didn’t ask how do you like to pay I had my card out so I had to tap it without a signal word. Then she put the receipt on the belt. Finally I said nice customer service still she didn’t even look at me. I felt like I cash out at the automation machine. I think she is racist because I’m a brown person. Freshco shouldn’t keep a racist person specially on the cashier. I am going to take this to next level

I have been shopping here weekly since store exchanged hands from IGA, many years ago! Female manager is very unprofessional, gossips to customers about staff there and is rude to employees. Cashiers are very friendly but do talk between themselves while checking out, not happy with management it seems! No surprise-the manager is more interested in her retirement pension and her several trips to Florida! Talks poorly about staff to customers! Other than that, the prices are great, produce is ok, stock is ample!

You have truly shown just how little you care about the health and safety of your staff and customers. With the end of mask mandates, I can understand why you would not want to fight with customers who refuse to wear a mask (even though it has been firmly established that you are well within your legal rights to require customers to wear one, just like you can require them to wear a shirt and shoes), but when I visited your store recently, I saw only a single employee wearing a mask. It would be very simple (and legal) for you to continue to require masks as part of your uniform. Masks don't protect the person wearing it, they protect others from the person wearing the mask. So by not requiring your staff to wear masks, you are endangering the health and safety of your customers. By not requiring customers to wear masks, you are endangering the health and safety of you staff. The decision to end the mask mandates was a political one, and was not supported by science or common sense. The health community in Ontario continues to recommend that everyone wear masks in indoor public spaces, and is begging the community to continue to engage in this most minor of inconveniences to help reduced the strain on our already overworked hospitals. You should be ashamed at this complete and utter lack of care for your staff and customers. I sincerely hope that no one you know is denied hospital care because they are over capacity due to your irresponsible policies.

This was my first trip to this store. Shelves were all well stocked. The store was clean. Lots of parking and very easy to enter and exit the parking lot. I think the best part of the visit were the other customers. The customers in the store were all extremely friendly towards each other. What a nice change! Check out was quick, efficient and the sales associate was very friendly too. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience. I will be back to this store.
