Had a great experience with Steven today, he was so friendly and fantastic service!! Made sure I knew everything that was going on and answered all my questions while being friendly and knowledgable! Will definitely recommend this store to my friends.

First off I'm not happy with how I was treated and how bad the customer service was. I was told the store was closing down for renovations the week of stampede and it would take a couple weeks to a month after that, till the store would be open and I could get my phone. I was hesitant on taking the loner phone but I literally had no choice. They then went on to take over a hour of me standing there and gave me the loner without a screen protector and told me not to brake it or I buy the whole phone. *I didn't even use the charger that came with it because I was so nervous leaving* My phone was shipped on May 19th... and I'm not happy at all. I'd really like to speak to whomever runs the store so we can figure something out like I'm going to school right now and don't need this extra stress with absolutely no answers.. Thank you

Wifi connection isnt the best. They say theirs service all across Canada. But the relay down the Street I hardly ever connect to it. I've been with them for over 6 months. Even with more data my data would run out due to lack of connection in under a week. 30gb. I don't like their 'secure' authentication process. I don't know if i could honestly suggest their service to a friend or family member. Phone and messages work fine. Wifi is horrible or non exhistant. Mind you if you have wifi at home you’ll never go through the data plan. And they do have the cheapest new phones when financing them hands down. Great employees, honest. Friendly. Never had a problem with the phone service or text. Just some Wi-Fi every once in a while around town.

Hey! I wanted to make a complaint about my experience today in a freedom mobile store ( 1013 17 Ave SW Calgary, AB ) I have PTSD & panic disorder. I am unable to wear a mask with out having severe panic episodes. I have a medical exemption form from my doctor to exempt me from wearing a mask in public places that require a face covering. I was initially told I was not allowed in the store regardless of a medical exemption. When I questioned how it says medical exemptions are allowed according to the sign on the door he checked with his supervisor and said that he could answer some questions for me unless a cop comes by, in which case, I will no longer be assisted or allowed in the store. When I told him that I am exempt with proof of said exemption form he started arguing with me. I felt so disregarded and unwelcome. I immediately started having a panic attack and left the store so I could cry and hyperventilate outside until the episode passed. I am seriously considering switching phone providers if this is how I will be treated. I do not deserve to be denied service because I have a severe medical condition. Either they decided that only my medical exemption was not valid or they decided that all medical exemptions are not valid. Such a discriminating place.

Horribly rude sales associate that wanted to leave an hour early so refused to activate my new home wifi account. He forced me into a plan that was twice as expensive of all current offers because he new I needed my internet up that night and had been trying for days to find a retail Freedom store open that could sell me home wifi. I later blew threw my data even though I had only used 60% of what I paid for and the first agent I called to complain was just as rude and refused to help because my so called unlimited internet was completely unusable after only 11 Gigs of use which cost me over $75. I than demanded to talk to his manager and she was much, much kinder and upgraded me to a slightly better plan for the same price but than asked if I wanted to speak with the saves team and they were extremely nice and gave me a much better plan. So in the end it was a 5 star experience, but the store experience was the worst and rudest of my life.
