Picture 1: Driver seat arm bent backwards had to go back into Service Department to have repaired upon picking up RV and before leaving the dealership. Picture 2: Oil/grease stains on passenger seat. Pictures 3: oil/grease stain on carpet of interior engine hood cover. Picture 4: Oil/ grease stain passenger arm rest. Picture 5: Another picture of passenger seat oil/grease stain. Picture 6: Missing stereo face plate that goes around stereo and dash plate. Picture 7: Broken face plate under rear heat dial on driver compartment dash. Upon receiving the motorhome from the service department we had not even left the parking lot and found the oil stains which they cleaned before we left and fixed the driver arm rest. However when we arrived home with 30 minutes of leaving the dealership we noticed the missing stereo face plate and damaged face plate under the rear heat dial. Extremely disappointed in their quality control and workmanship. Although the staff were pleasant to deal with, I refuse to return for service at risk of further damage. In all due honesty these items should have been recognized and fixed prior to delivery to use after being in the shop for 4 days. Come on Fraserway RV in Kamloops, get your service departments act together. Extremely disappointed!!!!

Decided to give them a second chance in person and Dennis was awesome but they again stuck us with Barry. When my husband requested to not have Barry as our rep was met with hostility. Mark the manager was just as rude. Trailer we wanted to purchase was in Airdrie and Kamloops refused to assist in purchase .Dallas in Airdrie appeared to want to help and deliver our unit. Today when we showed up with our trade that they said they would offer $19,500 then insulted us by offering $4000. We traded it today for $17500. If you don’t want to do business than just say so . Don’t waste peoples time. We would have driven to Airdrie to do the whole deal but you would not allow us to do so. I will definitely caution anyone who asked to run fast and far from your company. Mark, I appreciate you taking the time to respond. However the lien on my trade was never a issue and I was very upfront that I never intended to do any financing thru your dealership. I agree the RV has some minor water damage but you and your staff grossly over exaggerated the extent and completely ignored the immaculate condition of the rest of the unit. I believe wholeheartedly that this was purposely done to back out of the deal because I was unhappy with The correspondence, you weren’t going to make any back end money on the financing and I was not willing to pay $1200 to have the trailer brought to your location. Sometimes things happen for a reason, in this case for me a better deal and experience was to be had at the competition.

Found the perfect trailer but, the sales team was very flippant and condescending. When the manager got involved I quickly realized where the attitude came from. I got to experience first hand all the stereotypical behavior of a used car salesman. I would have thought that a dealer that is part of a group like Fraserway would have process's and a higher standard. I will never return and can not recommend. The lien on my trade had nothing to do with the problem. you where upset that we where paying out the lien and buying the new rv cash. in other words your business office would make no back end money. there was no water damage on the floor or front end. some wood that had got wet by the cargo door does not make a trailer unsalable. pretty hard for a floor that is metal to have water damage. Your salesman told me that if i wasnt financing and paying the huge bill to have the trailer brought from airdrie then i might as well go buy it in airdrie. funny when i tried to do just that you sure got upset. maybe get the facts straight before replying with the wrong info. Besides why would you care when your words where "if you dont want to buy then we have a line of people waiting to buy."

He was no pressure, knowledgeable and showed us several options. We decided on the perfect one for us and over several calls over the winter Ryan advised us that it was due to arrive mid April. To everyone’s surprise it arrived almost 6 weeks early. Today thanks to Ryan’s great help and advice, Marks time and patience in setting up finance, insurance, Tracy’s time spent showing us everything about the trailer, plus the work of all the other techs working behind the scenes, we are loving camping in our new trailer. The parts and sevice department (Holly & Sharon) have been so friendly, helpful and accommodating. They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to making suggestions on how to best take care and maintain my rig. I would highly recommend going to them if you are looking for a camping vehicle and an ongoing relationship to maintain and care for your special purchase.
