★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very close knit community, with neighbors and staff who really care about each other. The apartments are small but nice and if you are lucky enough to get a balcony it's a nice little retreat. There is a Games Room with a Pool, Fuseball, and Air Hockey tables. A Library, Art Room and Computer Lounge as well as a T.V. Room. There's a bus stop literally at the front door and anything you need is within 10 blocks, Anything! Restaurants, Grocery store, produce markets, dollar stores and banks. It is so nice to be able to have whatever you need in walking distance. I really am blessed to be living here and if anyone is looking for a safe, secure and caring environment that is for people with mental health and addiction issues you won't find a better place. The staff really care about you and so do your neighbors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to kill me, had a fake doctor lock me up (sixth admission) and then stole my stuff while I was in the hospital. And my December rent cheque. Not very impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This second stage housing is a unique program for folks from the age of 20 on ward. The non profit organization that manages this supportive housing has wonderful staff that are attentive and deliver to the tenants a range of programming. This place rocks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A safe place away from the downtown east side for transitional housing in a supported environment. Bachelor apartments, self-contained. Mental health and addictions clients at various stages of recovery/stability. Stayed here for two years and ended by moving to bc housing in Burnaby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't attend this location - I catch bus here but despite a neighbourhood fight to not have this facility built it seems to be under control. Only problem is the visitors to some of the residents who bring their problems along and Target one of the last charity boxes in Vancouver - it's regularly ripped apart and donations tossed all over and down the street & through neighbourhood. Not sure why this charity box still exists when they have been removed from every other location in town.
