I would recommend them for any size solar project - buy your materials from them and minimize the hassles of shipping costs and stock-outs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been down for 7 months. On a 1 year old system.
They Blame Huawei, Huawei blames them.
I purchased directly from Frankensolar, "guaranteed top tier". And they still sell Huawei....hmm.
So it is Huawei's fault, sure partially, but the warranty has been confirmed several times as Frankensolar. Huawei covers hardware, Frankensolar, labor costs or install damage.
Now I have $20,000 worth of sun bouncers, and a power bill.
They don't much like they care to me. I mean if every warranty takes 7 months or more per year that doesn't do me much good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Franken solar was supposed to monitor my system but instead I got a call from my electricity provider that we had not been producing in over 2 months. I contacted them, and again and again.
they referred me to someone else...
I have now been not producing for 4 months, the summer months on a system not yet 2 years old. While working from home and thus having electricity needs...

I am not an electrician nor have I completed a solar install before; however, the team @ Franken Solar far surpassed my expectations. Alexander from their team was able to design my complete off-grid system, provide excellent support and has also been a pleasure to work with, not to mention the high quality parts and systems they carry. I am 100% coming back for future solar projects and will highly recommend to others looking for a solid renewable system.
