However, you patiently explained the entire process step by step to me and reviewed all my contracts and agreements thoroughly to ensure everything was in good order. We found Gurjivan very helpful and responsive at all times. We enjoyed dealing with him as he dealt with our file with utmost care and diligence. He kept us up to date at all times and was quick to respond to any or our inquiries.
He was thorough and explained everything about our transaction. The closing went smoothly and we were very happy with their service level, professionalism and the cost. We will definitely go back to this Firm for any future transactions and recommend highly to anyone who want to use their services.

Even Jasroop being a student Law within the GS Brar Law, he took the time to explain us page by page about some documents I received from the seller. He responded on every email and text that I had questions and concerns and I got answers. The closing went smoothly and on point with all of the documents that had to be signed.
