★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly cute cafe, with amazingly friendly staff. The prices are also amazing. My wife and I both got strawberry stuffed croffles (only $6 each) and I went back to the counter after ordering to get a cookies and cream milkshake. They were still making the strawberry croffles, and accidentally made me a strawberry milkshake too; I didn't mind at all, since it was still delicious, but as soon as they noticed the mistake, they immediately got to work making the cookies and cream milkshake for free, despite me saying that I was enjoying my strawberry one. Fantastic customer service!
My wife and I will definitely be coming back as often as we can!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down the best brunchy food I've ever had. The breakfast sandwiches are delectable and the stuffed croffles are unmatched by any other waffle creations out there. Unbeatable textures topped off with amazing flavours and the best customer service. 10/10 will always reccomend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend ~ the food is delicious and the prices are within reason. I found myself enjoying their strawberry and blueberry stuffed crouffle that is $6 only to want another in a different flavor. I also had their waffle poutine as I like the originality behind using their waffle as the frys. Their waffle is a croissant that adds to the flavor and texture as this soft and filling piece that isn't overwhelmingly sweet.
Their prices were within reason without feeling like its too much out of pocket. It's nice to see Lethbridge carrying a Cafe such as this. It's very modernized allowing a warm feeling upon entering. It's definitely a "hidden gem " that more people need to experience. I will be referring friends and family to try for themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let’s get something straight without a doubt the best breakfast in Victoria and the best coffee. Portions are huge so watch yourselves. We have been in Victoria just over a week and we have been to a variety of restaurants from the expensive places and the regular pubs. However with value , quality and great service nothing beats this place Frank’s. We were looking for a desert place and nothing was open but Frank’s did not disappoint. With amazing cheese cake it was perfect way to end the day. Now properly the best part of Frank’s has to be price extremely reasonable. Tell them vittorio sent you and ask for Frank he still works there
