Shopping in Lethbrige AB. Before closing hr.
I had to go get my cappuccino to warm me up before finishing my errands. The staff, always very nice & professional. The shop is soptless. Most importantly, they listen and prepare your coffee the way you want it.
Just a stop I never miss when I go to the city.
Keep up the good work guys! 5 stars well deserved. Merry ? Christmas to all of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing atmosphere, Employees are very sweet and considerate! Highly recommend their sandwiches, the egg bites are a healthy and delicious alternative! Using the app is amazing, I can order my Starbucks, and it's ready when I pick it up. The Drinks taste amazing, I'm never disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coffee may still taste good, but be prepared to wait a LONG TIME, for anything. Food, coffee. Never apologies offered for horrendously slow wait times and lack of speed in service. No urgency, or efficiently. Certainly not convenient anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confusing, horrible experience. This Starbucks is labeled as a Drive Thru, so I don’t really see why they even bothered to offer walk-in, if it is going to be this awful.
The exterior has garbage bins piled up everywhere, and the entrance is fenced in from both sides.
The service was fast, and the team members were chatty, but it wasn’t a good vibe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service at this Starbucks! The staff is very friendly and personable; in addition, Selena and a few of the other baristas in particular never fail to go above and beyond with my order! This has become my go-to Starbucks in town due to the great service I have received lately :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good location, although it strangely smelled of pickled eggs. Wouldn't have been a problem, but they don't seem to serve pickled eggs. The smell got stronger as I approached the back of the counter, got creeped out and left.

We all have that favourite barista when you consistently go to the same place and I tend to bounce between all of the Starbucks in town and around however upon this visit I have actually been motivated to go back to the specific Starbucks for how incredibly personable and authentic all of the girls were they were helpful chatty and real not to mention that the new manager Jenel is an absolute sweetheart professional caring and isn’t afraid to help. Did I mention that my drink was perfect:)
