Replaced some costly parts at no charge due to their purchase/ warranty guarantee; all within the same visit in a prompt, safe and professional manner. From sales to service, the HVAC component of this company is legit. Will likely use them at my next home!

He wore a mask and boot covers inside the house. Very happy with the service. We have a maintenance contract with the company which helped with the scheduling and the cost. Highly recommend it!

They were very polite and understanding on the phone and booked a tech to come take a look. They called an hour later and said they can get a tech to come ahead of schedule which was greatly appreciated. Garrison was the tech that showed up to my house and he diagnosed the problem, let me know the cause of the issue (faulty part that was under recall). He replaced the part and had me back up in running in no time. Garrison was polite, professional and efficient. Ensured everything was good to go and he was on his way. Thanks again Garrison! Excellent service!

Not only are they available 7 days/24hours a week, but really do care and are quick to respond back. My A/C stopped working properly during an early May heat wave and they contact me back within an hour of leaving an online message. They had a busy weekend of repairs etc.. but were able to book me an apt on the same weekend, seamlessly. Dean was amazing, friendly and professional, while taking no time to fix our A/C problems. He even called the head office to help me get a quote for a new A/C, when I asked him about it ( seeing our A/C is over 15 years old). Can't go wrong with this company and their fair prices!

I was able to book the install of a gas furnace and hot water tank the week after I got the quote. They installed a humidifier on the furnace this winter and Matt, the technician who did the installation, was on time, efficient, cleaned up and left nothing behind. He was courteous and didn’t leave until showing me how to operate the humidifier and answered all my questions. Matt, like all technicians and sales representatives at Francis Home Environment are the best in the business. This is my third residence and the best service I’ve had in 25 years. I recommend this company’s services without hesitation.
