★ ★ ★ ★ ★ M.Serge est impeccable. Grande générosité, disponibilité et amabilité. L'installateur Yves est un AS aussi. Nous leurs avons fait confiance les yeux fermés. Simplement bien vérifier les dates d'installation de propane qui se fait habituellement le même jour de l'installation du foyer. Sinon, cela p-ê un brin plus complexe, question temps et allés-retours. Sinon A-one ! Nous referons affaire avec eux sans hésiter! Jacinthe & Cynthia
 M.Serge is impeccable. Great generosity, availability and kindness. The installer Yves is also an AS. We trusted them with our eyes closed. Simply check the propane installation dates which is usually done the same day the fireplace is installed. Otherwise, it p-ê a bit more complex, question of time and back and forth. Otherwise A-one! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foyer au gaz acheté en août 2019 et installé en septembre 2019. Nous avons fait installer le foyer par leur spécialiste en installation. De plus, nous avions choisi un des maçons qu'ils nous avaient recommandés pour installer la pierre blanche que nous avions acheté chez Foyer Rustique en même temps que notre foyer. La pierre blanche que nous avions choisie nous nous étions assuré que celle-ci ne jaunirait pas avec la chaleur.
Nous avons dû refaire faire le mur de brique car la structure du mur que les spécialistes de l'installation avait fait variait de 1 po entre le bas et le haut donc impossible de faire une belle finition. De plus. il y avait pleins de joints de ciment qui apparaissaient alors que pour le style de pierre que nous avions choisie il ne doit pas y avoir de joint de ciment. Après 3 mois d'utilisation, de grandes surfaces jaunes sont apparues sur le mur de pierre. Impossible à enlever.
Le trou de la cheminée était mal isolé et il y avait de la condensation sur le mur ce qui aurait fait moisir le mur.
Nous avons communiqué avec eux pour les informer de ce que nous avions constaté et la personne qui a répondu nous a dit que c'était normal.
Nous avons dû refaire faire l'isolation et le mur et l’entrepreneur qui a fait le travail a constaté une fuite de gaz dû à un tuyau mal serré.
Pour toutes ces raisons, nous sommes très insatisfait du service que nous avons eu.
Gas fireplace purchased in August 2019 and installed in September 2019. We had the fireplace installed by their installation specialist. In addition, we chose one of the masons they recommended to install the white stone that we bought at Foyer Rustique at the same time as our fireplace. The white stone that we had chosen we made sure that it would not yellow with heat.
We had to redo the brick wall because the structure of the wall that the installation specialists had made varied from 1 in between the bottom and the top so impossible to make a nice finish. Furthermore. there were lots of cement joints appearing whereas for the style of stone that we had chosen there should be no cement joint. After 3 months of use, large yellow surfaces appeared on the stone wall. Unable to remove.
The chimney hole was poorly insulated and there was condensation on the wall which would have molded the wall.
We contacted them to let them know what we had noticed and the person who answered told us that this was normal.
We had to redo the insulation and the wall and the contractor who did the work noticed a gas leak due to a loose pipe.
For all these reasons, we are very dissatisfied with the service we had.

Aucun retour d'appels...pas de service même en personne...on répond très moyennement...on devait nous envoyer une soumission rien.. un personnel qui se fout des clients...en disant qu'ils font de leur mieux... Que c'est triste de se faire traiter de la sorte ! Nous avions un beau projet pour vous et nous étions prêt à retenir vos services. Le projet va être soumis à quelqu'un d'autre..qui lui est évalué à 4.5 étoiles sur 5 au lieu de 3.8 étoiles !! Bravo l'avenir de votre établissement n'est pas rose si vous continuez dans cette veine !!
How sad to see a mediocre company like yours confirms that we will not retain your services !! No return calls ... no service even in person ... we respond very poorly ... we had to send us a quote nothing .. a staff who does not care about customers ... saying that they do their best ... How sad to be treated like this! We had a great project for you and we were ready to hire your services. The project is going to be submitted to someone else ... who is rated 4.5 stars out of 5 instead of 3.8 stars !! Well done, the future of your establishment is not rosy if you continue in this vein !!
