Their customer service is excellent ! I had a great experience when I recently purchased my new tires for my GM Denali. Chris was very helpful and offered up a few choices. Not pushy at all. And not to mention their price was much better than expected. I love my new tires ! Thanks to your team.

No masks on anyone (customers or staff) the past 3 times I’ve been here and there are always at least 15 ppl in the room. Wife had same experience last year.

Very friendly and professional staff. Stand behind their workmanship and offer a great service at a reasonable price. The only reason it's not 5 ? is because they didn't have I tire in the size I needed.

Took my truck in for a transmission output shaft seal. They decided to take my transfer case apart (without my consent) the resealed it, and now it leaks worse then ever once I got it back. And it doesn't go into 4lo. So I take it back they rip it apart and now my output shaft bearing is shot... should have caught that the 1st go around, so they give my truck back leaking still no 4lo and now I need to rebuild my transmission.. wouldn't go there for a oil change

My experience with specifically Lee at Fountain Tire was so bad to me, and seemed so dishonest and off-putting, that I had to leave a public review to help other people save money by avoiding being swindled by dishonesty… potentially speaking. Here’s why I am saying this & here’s what happened, from my perspective: I went in to Fountain Tire asking for a simple tire repair. I was dealt with by Lee. Lee said that this one tire I brought in “might” need to be replaced. That’s all the information that he provided, not much more. I later had to go back in and ask for a further explanation to receive basic details about the tire that I should’ve received in the first place. I was told that the tire I brought in couldn’t be repaired due to “everyday wear and tear”, which I found out later by a different garage wasn’t true at all! The tire’s issue was beyond wear and tear! Since the tire couldn’t be repaired, Lee provided me with a high quote to replace it w/ a used tire - $115. I later found out that many other places in town charge less than $60 to replace w/ the same used tire. After receiving this high quote, and hearing Lee’s explanations for my vehicle’s problems, I couldn’t help but sense fishiness & dishonesty. Seemed like I was trying to be swindled. So to gauge my “bullshit detector”, for lack of a better term, I asked Lee if any other of my tires would also need to be replaced (even though all of my other tires were fine & in great condition). This mechanic Lee looked at my tires and proceeded to tell me that some of my other tires also had “wear and tear” and that I should even pay more money to switch those out w/ used tires. He ended up re-quoting me for $240 - to essentially replace more tires that didn’t need to be replaced!! Anyways, after this interaction w/ Lee, I couldn’t help but sense dishonesty & something fishy going on, so I took my vehicle to a different garage and they ended up charging me a quarter of the price - $57 to replace the tire w/ a used one. They also told my other tires were fine & didn’t need replaced, despite Lee at Fountain Tire trying to convince me I should pay more to replace tires that didn’t need replaced. Hopefully this review helps people! Always get a second opinion and do your best to seek out honest garages / people! They offered mud flap services. Didn’t follow through with what they said. Scratched my paint and wrecked all the mouldings and plastic. Terrible craftsmanship as well as customer service. STAY FAR AWAY!!!

Booked my car in for a wheel alignment. They inspect first before doing wheel alignment to make sure they can do it. Instead of stopping at the first sign of they can't do it, they do a full inspection waste an hour of your time only to tell you they can't do it and charge you for inspecting everything. Then give you a list of almost 3k of things that need to be fixed before they can do one. 99% of the items that were listed were just done/replaced. When I called and ask for the wheel alignment cost I was given a price , after appointment a different price was quoted on their price sheet. Don't stick to their word either. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Emailed the email that was given in reply to this for customer feedback, waited awhile no reply so emailed again. Got asked for the location so they could forward the concerns and still waiting to hear back.
