★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easily one of the nicest tire shops in Lethbridge. The store is clean and the staff are EXTREMELY accommodating based on your needs. I use them for business as well as personal and haven't had a single problem. Highly recommended.

Have given multiple chances but will not return after last experience. My daughter found a leak in her tire at 4:45, her boyfriend called Kal Tire and asked if they could help,he was told yes but there may be an after hours fee. They got to Kal tire at 5:04 (closing is at 5) The grumpy man at the desk walked out, looked at her tire and said they had one in stock her size, she asked if it could be repaired and he said sure. When her repair was done at 530 she went to pay and was surprised to be charged 350.00 to repair the tire. She phoned me right away and put me in speaker when I questioned the charges I was told 280.00 was for the late fee. I asked if he told either my daughter or her boyfriend this amount before doing the work and he told me no, they didn't ask. Absolutely disgusting way to take advantage of people. I told him she would not be paying that fee and just the repair cost. He got mad and told her to "just get out of here"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kal Tire got me in for Same Day Service. When I told them what I wanted done and asked for their latest available appointment to drop my truck off they gave me straight forward answer.
They did excellent work, done right the First Time, for a fair price.
It was an easy pleasant experience doing business with them. They didn't try to "up sell" me unnecessary parts or Labour.
I am completely satisfied with the experience and trust they did quality work. I am confident saying I trust their work because the mechanic who actually Did the work on my truck also took it for a test run after he finished, then signed off on it before Releasing it.
- I cant say if the "Signing Off" is standard practice or not. But they did it for my work after a rather entensive test run. I left trusting that "They" were confident in their own work, so I was Too.
I definitely recommend them.

1,468.00 later New Tires, alignment and balance.
May 25,2022. Back again!! Made appointment with South side.
Experience with North side was not great. Hopefully better experience on South side.
