★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff seem to be bothered when a customer asks questions regarding their products. Prices are almost double what Auto Value can get them for. Told rotors for a 02 Civic would be a week to come in on order, a very common car, and a week for parts? I assume they must be from a Honda factory in Asia?

I was leaving town, and needed a wheel bearing.
I phoned the day before. This lady was able to get it in overnight. As they phoned me at about 8:30am. To let me know it was there..
I went to the store, and they had it payed out for me ready to go.. as well as found me a few other things I needed.
And even when I thought it was the wrong one. They said they'd take it back.. without a question..
Definitely appreciative of the amazing customer service.. you guys rock!! And I truly can't thank you enough.
