Private training works both my strengths and weaknesses. Ron is an amazing trainer with a vast amount of knowledge that he delivers in a way to ensure success. Class size is small and adapted for all levels of experience. Whether it’s your first class or hundredth class, there is always something to learn and improve upon. I always walk out the door with a huge smile and a sense of accomplishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top tier authentic Muay Thai from a coach who has gone overseas and walked the walk. BJJ classes (gi and nogi) are super detailed and there is something for everybody to learn, no matter your belt/experience. Training is fun and relaxed, but serious when it needs to be. Over the couple of years I've trained at Foundry it's gone from a gym full of friends, to a home full of family. Highly recommend.
