★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our heat pump at our home finally bit the dust after 25 years. Westile provided one of the most positive customer experiences we have ever had. When Robin came out to go over options with us he was very informative. He explained the variety of choices and price levels we had to choose from. Once we made our choice we set dates together for the install. The technician , Bristol, was amazing. He is very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and his quality of workmanship is the best I have ever witnessed. Once the job was completed the team made sure to clean up, you never would have known they were there....except for the amazing new heat pump system. I highly recommend Westisle if you have heating/cooling system needs. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
On time, on budget, every promise delivered......Outstanding

He let us know exactly what we needed regarding its requirements, it being an older unit in our recently purchased home. We do not hesitate to recommend Westisle and will be return customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bristle was an amazing technician who was; prompt, professional and thorough. Heat pump and back up furnace left my home extremely cold during the arctic storm we had last week. Bristle repaired and made many suggestions for the future of my 13 year old Trane Unit. I highly recommend this company and have nothing but good things to say about Bristle!
